The YB series compact prefabricated substation combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete power distribution unit, serving the purpose of receiving and distributing electric energy in the power distribution system. It features strong integrity, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and portability. Compared to conventional civil-built substations, box-type substations of the same capacity typically occupy only 1/10 to 1/5 of the area required by conventional substations, significantly reducing design workload, construction effort, and construction costs. In the power distribution system, it can be used in ring network distribution systems, dual power supply systems, or radial terminal distribution systems. It is a new type of complete equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.

This product is composed of a high-voltage power distribution unit, a transformer, and a low-voltage power distribution unit, and is divided into three functional compartments: the high-voltage compartment and the low-voltage compartment, both of which are fully functional. The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering components to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer compartment can choose S11, S13, and other oil-immersed transformers or SCB10, SCB11 dry-type transformers; the transformer compartment is equipped with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage compartment can be configured into a panel or cabinet-mounted structure according to user requirements to form the desired power supply scheme. It has various functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, and electric quantity measurement, meeting different user requirements and facilitating user power supply management and improving power supply quality.

The high-voltage room features a compact and reasonable structure, equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking functions. Upon user request, the transformer can be equipped with rails to facilitate access through the doors on both sides of the transformer room. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices. Additionally, all components selected for the high and low-voltage rooms are reliable in performance and easy to operate, ensuring safe and reliable product operation as well as convenient operation and maintenance.

Both natural ventilation and forced ventilation are employed to ensure good ventilation and cooling. Both the transformer room and the low-voltage room are equipped with ventilation ducts. The exhaust fans are equipped with temperature control devices, which automatically start and shut down according to the set temperature, ensuring the transformer operates at full capacity.

The box structure can prevent rainwater and pollution from entering and is made of special steel plates or aluminum alloy plates, which have undergone anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring long-term outdoor use conditions. It boasts excellent anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dustproof performance, with a long service life and an attractive appearance.
